Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) : Health begins with Compassion

 You cannot thrive inside a body you dislike -  CFT helps to nurture a kinder, more gentle relationship with yourself. By awakening self-compassion , we can create the safety that the body needs.

 

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT): Living in Alignment

 When you live in alignment with your values, your life begins to harmonize from the inside out. ACT supports you to return to what matters most, supporting you to live with clarity, coherence and resilience – even through life’s storms!

 

Eye- Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR): Freeing the Body from the past

Trauma can anchor us in survival mode, leaving us feeling stuck and disconnected, whilst also harming our physical health. EMDR gently unravels the knots of past pain, freeing both mind and body to thrive.

I will often integrate and draw on other therapeutic approaches too, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Schema therapy, Systemic approaches and Polyvagal theory.
