Hello!

I’m a clinical psychologist and mum to two boys. I love books, hikes, sunrises and sunsets, time with my family and walks in nature with my cocker spaniel, Monty.

I have over 15 years of experience of working in the NHS, where I’ve walked alongside many on their journey through emotional pain, chronic illness and life’s deepest challenges. My specialist interest in more recent years has been supporting those navigating chronic illness. Over the years I have noticed a steady rise in all forms of dis-ease, a growing disconnection from ourselves, from one another, and from the natural world that sustains us.

In 2022, my own life shifted and a breast cancer diagnosis became an unexpected teacher, opening the doorway to deep reflection on the ways that I had been living my own life. It was through this experience that I came to truly understand how intricately woven our emotional, physical and spiritual health really are. I have come to believe that finding ways to live in ALIGNMENT is crucial for our emotional and physical health.

My path since then has been one of integration – of modern science and ancient wisdom, of psychological insight and nature’s quiet intelligence. I now aim to work from a place of utmost respect for our human spirit, our quantum biology, and the body’s innate capacity to heal when given the right conditions, inside and out.

I believe that true wellbeing is not just the absence of symptoms, but a return to wholeness – a remembering of who you are beneath the noise, old patterns and conditioning, and stress and trauma that can accumulate in the body. Through therapeutic work grounded in mind-body and nature connection, I aim to support others to live well and thrive!

My Approach and philosophy

I believe that our bodies are always trying to communicate with us and that our symptoms and distress often carry important messages. Our busy lives, modern pressures, and tendency to lead with our heads, has meant that we have forgotten how to listen.

Rather than just focusing on fixing problems in the short-term, I’m here to help you listen more deeply to what your body is saying so that we can support meaningful and long-lasting change.

I combine evidence-based therapies, with cutting-edge science from psychoneuroimmunology and mind-body medicine, quantum and circadian biology, and metabolic health to support you on your journey!
