My coaching work is aimed at supporting you to reclaim your health and re-connect with the things that matter to you in a holistic and integrative way. I truly believe, based on my own health journey, my experience of supporting others on theirs, and my education in cutting-edge paradigms, that health and wellbeing arises when we live in alignment – with our own values and passions, with our biology and our ability to give the body the nourishment it needs, and in alignment with the rhythms of nature.
Modern life often pulls us out of sync – away from sunlight, real food, stillness, and our natural rhythms, leaving our bodies drained and distressed, and more susceptible to emotional and physical dis-ease. My approach is rooted in metabolic health, quantum and circadian biology and nervous system support – which together combine beautifully to support the body to feel safe, and therefore more able to thrive.
Metabolic health simply means how well your body makes and uses energy. This includes how your body processes food, balances blood sugar, burns fat, regulates hormones, and manages inflammation. When your metabolism is working well, you tend to feel energised, clear-headed, emotionally balanced, and resilient. But when it’s out of sync - often due to stress, poor sleep, poor nutrition, overworking, or disconnection from natural rhythms, it can show up as fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, burnout or illness. In fact, many of the chronic conditions we see today, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and sometimes even low mood — are rooted in underlying metabolic dysfunction. I help people return to the foundations: real food, deep rest, movement that feels good - small shifts that add up to big change.
The foundations to this is always about establishing a felt sense of rhythm and safety in the body, which is always trying to ascertain two things – What time is it? and Am I safe? When we live in a way that confuses the body, with erratic routines, artificial light, processed food, or a nervous system stuck in survival mode it’s hard for it to work as it should, and we may experience that as physical symptoms or as emotional distress.
Much of my work is about re-establishing a sense of internal steadiness — restoring the body’s trust that it’s safe enough to rest, digest, repair, and thrive. We weave together the science of circadian and quantum biology - the healing power of sunlight, darkness, stillness, movement, and the Earth’s electromagnetic field, with space to listen more deeply to yourself so that you can live in alignment with your values, your intuition, and your soul’s calling.
This is about reclaiming your vitality and remembering what it feels like to be fully alive - safe in your body, clear in your mind, and connected to something meaningful to you.
